Jeff provides leadership and vision for our affiliate consistent with the overall mission and values set forth by our Board of Directors.  He promotes and upholds the covenant with Habitat for Humanity International.  In addition, he reports to the Board and is responsible for staff management, internal and external public relations, donor solicitation and recognition, volunteer recruitment and recognition, family selection, budget development and adherence, oversight of Green Bay ReStore operations, and ensuring that board policies and goals are implemented by its committees.  Jeff is a non-voting member of the Board and Executive Committee, and an ad hoc member of all other Committees.

Kathy coordinates all of our building projects, manages all of our construction materials, supervises all construction activities and maintains all of our affiliate vehicles.
 

Volunteer Coordinator

Kristen coordinates recruiting, training, scheduling and appreciating for our volunteers. She also performs organizational and clerical functions to ensure an efficient and professional image for our affiliate.
 

Family Services Coordinator

Kelly manages the procedures for the recruitment and selection of homeowner families, the sale of homes and the programs designed to support families after they have been selected.

Resource Development Coordinator

Sarah is serving the first year of this three-year funded position.  The overall goal for this position is to increase the number of donors over a 3-year period by at least 20% and to increase the dollar amount of revenue received over a 3-year period by at least 20%. More specifically, Sarah will be working to identify the current level of donors and donations, researching techniques for increasing the donor base and donations and creating possible action plans for increasing the donor base and amount of donations.

Mackenzie is currently a student at the University of Minnesota-Twins Cities.  She is majoring in Housing Studies and has become very interested in working with non-profit organizations.  Mackenzie will spend May-August with us this summer working with all aspects of our organization.
Summer VISTA
Allison Bashor
Allison and Lauren will be working as VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) Members with us this summer from June 18-August 13.  They will be serving full-time in our office helping with special projects, maintaining and updating our database, doing grant research and many other activities to help us move forward as an organization.  We are very excited to have them on board.
