Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity Hires New Executive Director, Jeff Johnson
Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is very excited to announce the hiring of Jeff Johnson as our new Executive Director. Jeff started at Habitat for Humanity on October 12, 2009.
Jeff is a ‘career communicator’ – he has a degree in Marketing from UW-Oshkosh and spent most of his career in the tissue business in the Valley, including over 25 years at SCA Tissue in Neenah (formerly Wisconsin Tissue and Georgia Pacific Tissue). He has worked primarily in marketing and quality control while spending an enormous amount of time serving on many non-profit boards and as a leader in the Fundraising and Steering committees for many organizations, including Boys & Girls Club – Fox Valley, Menasha Library Funding Committee, Menasha Action Council, and he’s a former President and “Toastmaster of the Year” of the Green Bay Toastmasters Club.
He most recently spent several years as the Vice-President of Grants and Community Initiatives for the Community Foundation of the Fox Valley Region. We are very excited to have a person of Jeff’s experience and knowledge to help us guide our organization into our next new era. He brings insight, experience, and a very kind and generous spirit that will fit well into the organization we’re building.
Welcome Jeff!
